1. Set up your wallet

You’ll need an Ethereum-compatible wallet. We recommend:

  • Metamask — standard EVM wallet
  • Aurora Pass — enables free transactions on all Aurora networks

2. Connect to Aurora

Add Aurora Mainnet to your wallet manually or automatically from aurora.dev/start.

Aurora Mainnet is fully EVM-compatible. Use your favorite tools:

🔁 Launch a Virtual Chain

Create your own blockchain in minutes with customizable gas, permissions, and ecosystem integrations.

1. Create an account

Go to AuroraCloud.dev and sign up.

2. Start your deployment

Click Get Started and select your chain configuration. For a simple setup:

  • Type: Public
  • Base token: Aurora
  • Pricing model: Usage-based
  • Optional integrations: Block Explorer, DEX, Intents support (can be added post-deployment)

3. Save your configuration

Add your project name and description, then hit Save.

4. Deploy your chain

Click Deploy Now — your chain will be live in ~30 seconds.

5. Get your chain details

Navigate to Chain Settings to find:

  • RPC URL
  • Chain ID

Use these details when deploying contracts and building your frontend.
