1. Set up your wallet​

You’ll need an Ethereum-compatible wallet. We recommend:

  • MetaMask — standard EVM wallet
  • Aurora Pass — enables free transactions on all Aurora networks

2. Connect to Aurora​

Add Aurora Mainnet to your wallet manually or automatically from aurora.dev/start.

3. Deploy your smart contracts​

Aurora Mainnet is fully EVM-compatible. Use your favorite tools:

🔁 Launch a Virtual Chain​

Create your own blockchain in minutes with customizable gas, permissions, and ecosystem integrations.

1. Create an account​

Go to AuroraCloud.dev and sign up.

2. Start your deployment​

Click Get Started and select your chain configuration. For a simple setup:

  • Type: Public
  • Base token: Aurora
  • Pricing model: Usage-based
  • Optional integrations: Block Explorer, DEX, Intents support (can be added post-deployment)

3. Save your configuration​

Add your project name and description, then hit Save.

4. Deploy your chain​

Click Deploy Now — your chain will be live in ~30 seconds.

5. Get your chain details​

Navigate to Chain Settings to find:

  • RPC URL
  • Chain ID

Use these details when deploying contracts and building your frontend.
